HiiPoc(hereinafter referred to as "we") attaches great importance to protecting your ("you") personal information and privacy. We understand the importance of your personal information and will take corresponding security measures to protect it in accordance with legal requirements and mature industry security standards. This Privacy Policy aims to clearly explain to you how we process your personal information when you use our products/services, and how we provide you with access to, correction of, deletion of, and protection of this information.

1、How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information/b>
When you use our products/services, you need to/can choose to authorize us to collect and use your personal information.
The scenarios include:
a、In order to provide you with the basic functions of our products/services, you need to authorize us to collect and use necessary information. If you refuse to provide the aforementioned necessary information, you will not be able to use our products/services normally.
b、In order to provide you with extended functions of our products/services, you can choose to authorize us to collect and use information. If you refuse to provide the aforementioned information, you will not be able to use the relevant additional functions or achieve the functional effects we intend to achieve, but it will not affect your normal use of the basic functions of our products/services.
1.1 Scenarios where you need to authorize us to collect and use your personal information
We will collect and use your personal information in accordance with the principles of legitimacy, legality, and necessity for the purposes described in this policy.
1.1.1 Helping you become our user
To comply with legal and regulatory requirements and to provide you with more personalized and convenient services, when you register as a HiiPoc user, you need to provide your email address as your HiiPoc account and complete relevant online identity verification information (such as nickname and login password).
1.2 You can choose the scenarios in which you authorize us to collect and use your personal information.
To provide you with personalized services, you may choose to use our extended features. We will collect and use the following information in accordance with legal regulations and your specific authorization. This information will be collected in the specific features and business scenarios you select. If you do not provide this information, it will not affect your use of the basic functions of HiiPoc.
1.2.1、Camera
You can choose to enable camera permissions on the system and authorize HiiPoc to access your camera by scanning a QR code.
- Scan the group sharing invitation code to share group content; you can disable this function in system permissions. After disabling it, you can achieve the same operation by manually entering the sharing invitation code, which will not affect any of your functions.
- Scan the intercom device's machine code to add the device; you can disable this function in system permissions. After disabling it, you can achieve the same operation by manually entering the device code, which will not affect any of your functions.
1.2.2、Microphone
In addition to basic group and device management functions, HiiPoc also supports two-way communication between devices. For this, you must enable microphone permissions to capture microphone audio. You can disable this function in system permissions; disabling it will prevent online voice interaction but will not affect other management functions.

1.3 Exceptions to obtaining consent
Please be aware that we do not need your authorization or consent to collect or use your personal information in the following circumstances:
- Related to national security and defense security;
- Related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;
- Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;
- Necessary to protect the life, property, or other major legitimate rights and interests of the personal information subject or other individuals, but obtaining the individual's consent is difficult;
- The personal information collected has been voluntarily disclosed to the public by the personal information subject;
- Your personal information collected from legally publicly disclosed information, such as legitimate news reports, government information disclosure channels, etc.;
- Necessary for signing a contract at your request;
- Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.
Please note that information that, alone or in combination with other information, cannot identify you or establish a direct connection with you, is not considered personal information. If we combine information that, on its own, cannot be linked to any specific individual with other information to identify a natural person, or combine it with personal information, such information will be considered personal information for the period of such combination.
1.4 Rules for the Use of Personal Information
To meet your personalized needs and maintain and improve the quality of our products or services, we may use the following information, subject to legal regulations and your specific authorization:
a) We may collect information you proactively provide to us when participating in product/service surveys, as well as relevant information you provide during interactions with our affiliates and partners, to facilitate your order tracking, initiating user complaints, and our optimization of customer service quality and processes.
b) We may use personal information collected in the course of our business for statistical analysis and operational improvement, and may use de-identified, unidentifiable, and irretrievable information to build databases and for commercial purposes. For example, statistical analysis based on your location and preferences may be used to improve our products, services, or marketing plans; or for technical upgrades, network maintenance, troubleshooting, internal policy and process development, and internal report generation to improve our systems.
2、How we share and publicly disclose your personal information
2.1 Sharing
We will not share your personal information with any company, organization, or individual other than HiiPoc, except in the following circumstances:
a) Sharing with your explicit consent or authorization.
b) Based on legal circumstances: as required by laws and regulations, for the resolution of litigation disputes, or as requested by competent administrative, judicial, or other authorities in accordance with the law.
2.2 Public Disclosure
We will only publicly disclose your personal information under the following circumstances, and only after taking security measures that comply with industry standards:
a) To disclose the personal information you specify, according to your needs and in a manner that you have explicitly agreed to;
b) Where you are required to provide your personal information by law, regulation, mandatory administrative enforcement, or judicial requirements, we may publicly disclose your personal information according to the required type and method of disclosure. Subject to compliance with laws and regulations, when we receive a request for the above-mentioned disclosure, we will require the issuance of corresponding legal documents, such as subpoenas or investigation letters. Please note that information you voluntarily publish or even publicly share when using our services may involve your or others' personal information, including sensitive personal information, such as your transaction information, and various forms of information containing personal information, such as text, images, or videos, that you choose to upload when providing feedback. Please consider more carefully whether to publish or even publicly share relevant information when using our services.
2.3 Exceptions to obtaining prior authorization and consent when sharing or publicly disclosing personal information
In the following circumstances, sharing, transferring, or publicly disclosing your personal information does not require your prior authorization or consent:
a) Related to national security and defense security;
b) Related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;
c) Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;
d) For the purpose of protecting your or other individuals' life, property, or other major legitimate rights and interests, but obtaining your consent is difficult;
3 How We Store and Protect Your Personal Information
3.1 Storage of Personal Information
a) Retention Period: Unless required by law or agreement between the parties, we will only retain your relevant personal information for the shortest time necessary to achieve the purpose. When you voluntarily cancel your account, we will delete your personal information or anonymize it as soon as possible in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations. For relevant rules and procedures regarding account cancellation, please refer to the "User Cancellation Agreement" in the appendix to this policy.
b) Storage Location: Personal information collected and generated within the territory of the People's Republic of China will be stored within China, except in the following circumstances: where expressly stipulated by laws and regulations; with your separate authorization and consent; and personal actions initiated by you, such as cross-border bookings, orders, and transactions (e.g., purchasing international air tickets, booking international hotels, etc.).
In the above circumstances, we will require the data recipient to process personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and other relevant security and confidentiality measures.
c) Termination of Operation: If termination of operation occurs, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance and delete or anonymize your personal information after the termination of operation.
3.2 Personal Information Protection Measures
a) Data Security Measures
To ensure the security of your information, we strive to adopt various physical, electronic, and managerial security measures that comply with industry standards to protect your personal information. We have established a data classification and grading system, data security management standards, and data security development standards to manage and regulate the storage and use of personal information. HiiPoc uses confidentiality agreements with information users, monitoring, and auditing mechanisms to comprehensively control data security. This prevents your personal information from being accessed, disclosed, used, modified, damaged, or lost without authorization.
b) Please be aware and understand that the Internet is not an absolutely secure environment. We strongly recommend that you use secure methods and complex passwords to help us ensure the security of your account. If you discover that your personal information has been leaked, especially if your account or password has been compromised, please contact us immediately using the contact information provided in this Privacy Policy so that we can take appropriate measures.
c) Security Incidents
In the unfortunate event of a personal information security incident, we will immediately establish a dedicated emergency response team, activate the emergency plan, prevent the incident from escalating, and promptly inform you, in accordance with legal requirements, of: the basic situation and potential impact of the security incident, the measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for your self-protection and risk reduction, and remedial measures for you. We will promptly inform you of the relevant circumstances of the incident via email, letter, telephone, push notification, etc. When it is difficult to notify each individual data subject, we will take reasonable and effective measures to issue a public announcement. At the same time, we will also proactively report the handling of personal information security incidents to regulatory authorities as required.
4. How you manage your personal information
You have the following rights regarding your personal information:
4.1 You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information, except in cases stipulated by laws and regulations. You can manage your information in the following ways:
Account Information – You can correct your personal profile and account information (excluding identity verification information), payment information, account binding information, etc., and you can also change your password, add security information, etc. You can perform these operations through the App's settings.
If you are unable to manage this personal information through the above link, you can contact us at any time using the feedback methods provided in this Privacy Policy. We will respond to your access request within 15 days.
4.2 Changing the scope of your authorization or withdrawing your authorization
You can change the scope of your consent or withdraw your authorization by deleting messages in the HiiPoc app, changing privacy settings, or disabling device permissions in the system.
Please understand that after you perform these actions, we will be unable to provide you with the services corresponding to the withdrawn consent or authorization, but this will not affect the processing of personal information already carried out based on your authorization.
4.3 Delete account
You have the right to cancel your HiiPoc account. You can do this online by going to "Settings" - "Account Security" - "Delete Account" on our App page. All information will be deleted immediately after successful cancellation.
If you are unable to access, correct, or delete your personal information or cancel your account through the above methods, or if you believe that HiiPoc has collected or used your personal information in violation of the law, you can contact us through our customer service or other methods provided in this Privacy Policy. For security purposes, we may require you to provide appropriate proof of your identity and the legitimacy of your request. We will respond to your request within 30 days of receiving your feedback and verifying your identity. We generally do not charge fees for reasonable requests, but for repeated requests that exceed reasonable limits, we will charge a certain cost fee as appropriate. We may refuse requests that are repeatedly made without reason, require excessive technical means (e.g., requiring the development of a new system or fundamentally changing current practices), pose a risk to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are highly impractical (e.g., involving information stored on backup tapes).
5. Protection of minors' personal information
HiTalk takes the protection of minors' personal information very seriously. Our website and services are primarily geared towards adults. If you are a minor, we recommend that you ask your parents or guardians to carefully read this Privacy Policy and use our services or provide us with information only with their consent. For situations where we collect personal information from minors with their consent to use our products or services, we will only use, share, transfer, or disclose this information as permitted by laws and regulations, with the explicit consent of the parents or guardians, or when necessary to protect the minor. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a minor without verifiable parental or legal guardian consent, we will endeavor to delete the relevant data as soon as possible.
